Your tour begins with a snowmobile passenger sled transfer from the village center. Seated comfortably on cushions and wrapped in warm blankets, you will travel into the Arctic evening as your guide drives to the wilderness surrounding Kilpisjärvi.
At the destination, a simple wilderness camp located away from artificial light, you will spend the evening listening to the sounds of the Arctic evening and gazing at the sky, waiting for “Lady Aurora” to appear. Please note that the wilderness camp itself is not exclusive and may also be visited by other travelers during the evening. However, your experience remains private in terms of guiding and group, allowing a relaxed pace, personal attention from your guide, and flexibility for photography, storytelling and questions.
